It’s been a fantastic year here at DSG Group. As a company, we have set new records, immersed ourselves into environmental schemes, and we have developed our office culture to provide a better work environment for our team members. Thanks to this, we are delighted to announce that we have won the prestigious Best Company To Work For In Car Finance award at the Car Finance Awards 2022!

We’ve been striving to be the Best Place to work for over thirty years, but in the last eighteen months we have made huge strides forward. Receiving this award is a great testament to how far we have come, but the journey isn’t over yet. The Car Finance Awards are an annual event created by Credit Strategy.  Each year, the Car Finance Awards are hotly contested by the leading organisations from the car finance industry. With over 15 awards on offer, and more than 30 businesses competing against each other, winning an award signifies your great achievements during the year and is an endorsement of your business and success. 

We are also excited to announce that one of our subsidiary companies, DSG Finance, have retained their Best Service For Dealers award for the second year in a row – and for the fourth time overall. You can read more about their fantastic achievement here.

We are incredibly grateful to our teams, and proud of all of our achievements this year – to be an award winner is just the icing on the cake. It’s also just the beginning. We are fully committed to further developing the office culture that we have cultivated over the last few years. We have already implemented more regular one-to-one meetings between our teams and their SLTs. Here we can discuss our individual progress and how we, as a company, can help our staff to take the next step, whether through training programmes, equipment or anything else that they need.
